Police today appealed for witnesses to a crash on the A415, near Culham in which a woman died.
At about 1.45pm yesterday, a blue Lotus, which was travelling out of Abingdon, and a silver Volvo, which was travelling in the opposite direction, collided near to the Waggon and Horses pub.
The driver of the Lotus, a 28-year-old woman, was declared dead at the scene.
PC Tony Lee, who is investigating the collision, said: “I would like to hear from anyone that may have seen either vehicle prior to the collision or who witnessed the collision itself.”
