PLANS for 36 homes in Milton near Didcot have been revealed.
The planning application has been submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council for the development off Sutton Road.
Developers Linden Homes wants to build on a field on the Sutton Courtenay side of the village.
The application states: “The development of this site provides the opportunity to satisfy local housing needs by providing new, high quality housing in a sustainable location.
It adds: “The proposals create a pleasant and high quality architectural design.”
Of the 36 houses, 14 of them are set to be affordable homes – with 14 two-bed, 13 three-bed, and nine four-bed.
A target date for officers to decide on the plans has been set as July 4.
