An overturned van closed the A4130 yesterday morning amid warnings of black ice on the road.

The road was closed between the B481 at Watlington Street and the B480 at Lower Assendon at 6.39am.

The Erastus Piggott Poem says...

We drove through this area with caution at 4am and were skidding then i can tell you... ron was getting a bit nervous in the front using his foot to mimick braking actions.... but i told ron to start reciting the famous EP poem to ease the nerves.... worked a treat!
