A pregnant woman has admitting stealing meat, beer, a toy car, handbag and medical equipment.
Jo Moriarty, 30, of St Martins Street, Wallingford, was arrested in the town on July 29 this year.
She had stolen a leg of lamb, pork and four cans of Special Brew, worth £47.06, from Waitrose, a Meccano Turbo remote control car (£9.99) from Petits, a black leather handbag (£59.99) from Clarks and an inhaler worth £139.99 from Lloyds Pharmacy.
Moriarty, who is due to give birth in the next week, pleaded guilty to all four offences at Oxford Magistrates’ Court and was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
