A FOOTBALL club has won permission for a ‘long overdue’ pitch that could also ease a school’s parking problems.
Wantage Town FC can now build an all-weather pitch at the back of Wantage Leisure Centre after 10 years of talks with King Alfred’s Academy, plus a 55-space car park on a tennis court.
