A420 shut after two car crash
1:38pm Tuesday 10th April 2012 in Wantage/Grove By Laura Jones
THE A420 is closed both ways near Buckland due to a collision between two vehicles there.
A police spokesman said the crash between a blue Toyota Yaris and a white Mitsubishi Canter happened at 11.51 this morning near Buckland and no-one was injured.
The road is currently between Barcote Lane and Buckland Road.
Vet Rachael Jackson was killed in a crash on the A420 on the other side of Buckland last Wednesday.

slow down, concentrate. Majority of that road is 50mph and most people are travelling and overtaking me at 70 plus. i was recently overtaken at the bampton/buckland turn whilst i was traveling at the speed limit. crazy driving causes accidents

Another example where the speed camera is purely for revenue and does not help the safety of the road in the slightest.

I have not used the road regularly for some years but remember thinking that a set of roundabouts would be beneificial although could cause the possibility of tailbacks.

dont blame the roads.
