OXFORD United will look to secure a quirky record this weekend if they come out unbeaten from their home clash with Peterborough United.

The U’s are one of 10 Football League sides not to have had the double completed over them so far this season.

Because Des Buckingham’s side were beaten 3-0 at Peterborough in December, avoiding defeat against the Posh this weekend would preserve the unbeaten statistic.

United’s final three games after Peterborough are then all against sides they have already beaten this campaign (2-0 away to Lincoln City at the end of October, 3-1 against Stevenage at the end of September, and 3-0 at home to Exeter City the weekend before the Stevenage win).

Barnsley, Derby County and Portsmouth are the three other Sky Bet League One teams to preserve their unbeaten against record, while Leeds United and Preston North End are the only sides to do so in the Championship.

In League Two, promotion hopefuls Barrow, Mansfield Town, Walsall and Wrexham have all managed to get through the season without having had the double done over them so far this season.
