SIMON Cowlard has been elected as Wallingford Town’s new chairman at the club’s annual general meeting.
He replaces Dan Marks, who stepped down from the role.
Cowlard said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be given the chance to be chairman of Wallingford Town AFC.
“The club is going in the right direction again, highlighted by our return to the Hellenic League for next season.”
Pre-season training begins on Tuesday, June 20, at Hithercroft.
