HARWELL & Hendred Under 15s can call themselves the country’s second best team in their age group after finishing runners-up in a national tournament.
They were beaten finalists in the ACES Nationals tournament in Nottingham for sides who will be at under 16 level next season.
Forty league champions from across the UK were invited, with Harwell representing Oxford.
They saw off seven champions to the final, where they were beaten 2-0 by Liverpool.
