VALTTERI Bottas is relishing a return to Austria this weekend as Williams look to continue their strong form at the circuit.
The Grove-based team have had a driver on the podium at the Red Bull Ring for the past two seasons.
Felipe Massa was third last year, matching Bottas’s finish in 2014 – which was the Finn’s first trip to the rostrum in Formula 1.
He said: “Austria is where I got my first podium in Formula 1, so it’s always nice to go back.
“The track itself is always fun to drive.
“It has a nice flow to it with some big elevation changes and plenty of high-speed corners.
“It’s also pretty good for our car, so it should be an interesting weekend.”
Massa, who struggled to tenth place on the tricky street circuit in Baku last time out, believes the track at Spielberg will suit the Williams again.
The Brazilian said: “It’s a good track for our car and we are normally very competitive – I hope we have another year like that.
“There are some good straights for the power unit, mixed with some high-speed corners.”
