KANE Hemmings has left Oxford United to join Notts County for an undisclosed fee on a three-year deal.
The 27-year-old striker signed for the U’s from Dundee in 2016 in a move believed to be in the region of £250,000.
He signed a three-year deal, scoring 15 goals in 31 starts, but spent last season on loan to Mansfield Town where he scored 15 times.
But with U’s boss Karl Robinson unable to guarantee Hemmings first team football, the striker agreed to move to the Sky Bet League Two side.
"We are looking to bring in new players up front and couldn't guarantee first team football for Kane, which is what he needs at his age," United's boss said.
"He leaves with our very best wishes and we thank him for his efforts on behalf of the club."
