East Lancashire's Hospitals have recorded NO new coronavirus-related deaths over the last 24-hours.
Since Friday, just three more fatalities have been reported across the county from two separate facilities.
The drop in numbers comes after 11 new deaths were reported to NHS England from within Lancashire’s hospitals between Thursday and Friday, when all five trusts recorded at least one death.
No new deaths have been recorded in facilities across East Lancashire, including the Royal Blackburn Hospital and Burnley General, meaning the total coronavirus-related fatalities still remains at 190.
There were also no new deaths reported at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals or Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, with the total death tolls remaining at 215 and 191 respectively.
However, the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust reported one new death, while Southport and Ormskirk NHS Foundation Trust reported two new deaths, bringing their totals to 164 and 141 respectively.
The death toll across the county now stands at 901.
