Two Oxfordshire bookshops have been nominated for the 2022 Independent Bookshop of the Year Award.
Coles Books in Bicester and Mostly Books in Abingdon are the finalist for this category, The British Book Awards revealed.
The Independent Bookshop of the Year Award celebrates those stores that have continued to support local communities with magnificent books.

The shops will compete to win in their region first - in this case, South East - before going for the overall prize, which will be announced at The British Book Awards winner ceremony on May 23.
The regional winners will be announced on March 16. The overall Independent Bookshop of the Year will also compete to be crowned Retailer of the Year.
