AN annual chamber music recital is taking place in Oxfordshire next month.

The next Music in the Vale concert, which will be held at St Denys Church in Standford in the Vale on Saturday, September 24, is called “The Play of Water”.

The concert, which will start at 5pm, features eminent pianist and composer Lionel Sainsbury performing Piano Masterworks by Bach, Ravel, Sainsbury & Chopin.

Annual shows have been taking place since 2017 and often involve a wide variety of musical forces including voice, woodwind and strings.

Admission for the concert is £10.00 per person.
