Oxfordshire County Councillor Nathan Ley, who represents Abingdon North, said there may not be a shelter present at the new stop yet.

However, he said the bus company has agreed to provide temporary stop “dollies” at these locations until a permanent arrangement is installed.

He added: “I am chasing on installation of new stops at Alexander Close because there looks to be a gap there.”
