A ‘CLIMATE Change Exhibition’ is taking place this weekend near Abingdon.

The exhibition will be in the village hall in Dairy Meadow, Garford on Sunday, October 9 from 12pm to 5pm.

A second event will take place in the same location on Tuesday, October 11 from 6pm to 9pm.

It will include the science of climate change and policies surrounding it with talks from many community groups around the county that have already started to take practical steps to ‘conserve the atmosphere and fragile habitats’.

Several neighbours will be on hand to advise on air and ground-source heat pumps, electric bicycles, cars, solar panels and more. Others are ready for discussions about wild or endemic flowers and gardening in support of wildlife.

Everyone is welcome and there will be parking on site.
