THE spicy flavours of the Caribbean are set to come to Wantage.

Cook Chantelle Young has set up business, Taste of Caribbean at her home on the new Kingsgrove development.

The takeaway service, which works on pre-orders only, includes home-cooked Caribbean cuisine, claiming to provide customers with the authentic flavours of Jamaica.

Dishes include peppered steak, curried goat, curried chicken, curried prawns, peppered prawns, and brown stew, barbecue and jerk chicken.

Ms Young said the spice level was kept mild, and meals can be delivered to homes as far away as Didcot. Meals can also be collected.

Pre-orders need to be placed via WhatsApp or Facebook messenger and payments can be via bank transfer or cash.
