A FOOTBALL club in Abingdon has a brand-new Remembrance mural ahead of the annual Memorial Day this weekend.

Oxford Graffiti Crew have created a new mural for Abingdon Abbotts FC, in Culham Road, featuring a soldier and poppies next to the football pitch.

The club has dubbed it ‘fantastic’ ahead of the gathering being held on Saturday (November 12) to show appreciation to the Royal British Legion.
