Having had their plans roundly thrown out a few years ago to develop the site, Wates Homes have now launched a renewed charm offensive.
This time, they are using the recently published Strategic Housing Market Assessment as their justification for contributing towards the 106,000 new homes this sham report says that Oxfordshire needs.
Just what does it take to make these people accept that “No” does indeed mean “No”?
