Sir, I read with interest your front-page story about the Morrisons supermarket plans for Wallingford.
I cannot help thinking that if councillor John Cotton had not produced his ideas levied on the planning conditions, we might have a building project already under way on that site.
As the self-proclaimed Champion of Wallingford, the townspeople are generally not impressed.
