Fears over scheme
Sir – I am still concerned about the planning application to extend the Orchard Centre in Didcot.
Oxfordshire County Council has questioned parking provision for an extended shopping facility.
It has also said that it would not agree to the stopping up of High Street. I personally also cannot visualise how the bend on Station Road could accommodate two of the double decker buses as used on the X1 route trying to pass each other.
